Violet Town Medical Clinic - Violet Town Branch was established in April 2009 and officially opened in October 2009 in Violet Town.
Violet Town Medical Clinic - Euroa Branch was opened in Euroa in October 2017.
The doctors consulting from the Euroa Branch may bulk bill their patients. The doctors consulting from the Violet Town branch are private billing, Bulk billing applies to concession card holders, Under the age of 16. Out of pocket fees are at the discretion of your doctor. Your doctor's current fees are available from reception.
Violet Town Medical Clinic uses a fully computerised medical record system to guard patients privacy.
Hours: 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays
After Hours: Please attend either Goulburn Valley Hospital, Graham Street, Shepparton or North East Health Hospital, Green Street, Wangaratta.
If you are a nursing home patient, the nurse on duty will contact your doctor on your behalf.

Walk in appointment: If you require a walk-in/urgent appointment you will be triaged by our staff and will be seen by one of the consulting doctors according to their availability and the seriousness of your condition. Reception Staff will obtain medical advice from the GP or nurse where required.
Home Visits: The doctors consulting from the Euroa Branch do not offer this service. The doctors consulting from Violet Town offer this to their patients under circumstances

Violet Town Medical Clinic welcomes Dr Rashid!
Dr Rashid Safdar is an experienced specialist GP (FRACGP). He enjoys all aspects of family medicine but has a special interest in elderly medicine, preventive care, chronic disease management, travel medicine and Men’s health.
Dr Rashid trained in Ireland and worked in family medicine in Canada before moving to Australia where he has worked as a GP in Tasmania, and other regional Victorian/NSW towns and more recently Shepparton before joining Violet Town Medical Clinic.
Outside of work he likes to spend time with his family and enjoys the outdoor activities such as bike riding and tennis.
